Public Banking and a working knowledge of the UCC (negotiable instruments) and the power of Eminent Domain can be used to help re-redistibute housing wealth in America at a time when residential real estate is being carved out and then swallowed up by hedge funds.
Love the idea of land trusts, and intentional, cooperative communities.

Your comment underscores that there are many tools available to democratize the economy, and are being used to some degree or another. I believe they are are not being used to their full capacity because the predatory class controls both corporate parties.
Our current economy must be replaced by a network of local worker owned (& self directed) co-ops.... all members of an organizing council.
